The Research & Development Centre is the nucleus of our success. Tiantie’s in-house R&D centre was established in 2007. It represents one of the main pillars of our success. Civil engineers, chemists and design and manufacturing engineers work together with customers on the development of the next generation of vibration & noise control technology. Tiantie experts actively participate in national and international committees, and closely collaborate with universities, design consultants and customers to provide a solid basis for the development of new state-of-the-art products.

Product and performance testing are carried out at our in-house test lab. This ensures a fast turnaround and a quick response to customers. To keep pace with technical requirements and the latest industry trends and innovations, Tiantie’s lab and test facilities are continuously expanded with new equipment and processes.

Tiantie engineers use highly specialised computational modelling to reliably predict the achievable reduction in vibration, as well as track dynamics, such as rail deflection under various loads. In addition to Tiantie’s wide range of noise and vibration mitigation products, the company also provides expert installation services and/or supervision. Experienced engineers are available for the installation and commissioning of all our products, including on-site monitoring and adjustments. Installation reports confirming “as-built” characteristics can also be provided.

Tiantie offers research & development, design, and calculations from concept to final design, including reinforcement and formwork design.

In addition to the engineering, design and production of high-tech steel and rubber components for FST applications, Tiantie also offers expert installation and supervision services.

Highly qualified and experienced engineers are available for the installation and commissioning of all Tiantie products, including on-site performance monitoring and final system adjustments. Installation reports detailing “as-built” characteristics can also be provided.
