Tiantie FST Steel Springs – for the best track vibration mitigation in a track

For optimum support with FST applications, Tiantie offers a large range of product options that include steel springs as an alternative to rubber bearings.

The mass, which consists of a dead load of rails, sleepers, and fastenings, is isolated from the sub-structure utilising elastic steel mounts, which are made from steel. Steel springs are enclosed in a housing to reduce vibration created by track traffic with a floating slab.

Using steel springs, they are integrated into the slab. The FST system frequency can vary between 5 Hz and 10 Hz depending on client specifications.
