Description

The Yuxi-Mohan Railway connects Yuxi Station of Kunyu Railway and Mohan on the border between China and Laos, with a total length of 507 kilometres and 13 intermediate stations. The travel time from Kunming to Pu’er and Xishuangbanna can be significantly reduced; the planned journey time is under 3 hours.

Solution

Sleeper boots promote smooth track deflection and provide a degree of elasticity for the otherwise rigid slab track. Concrete sleepers rest directly on microcell foam pads inside the rubber sleeper boots. The noise and vibration-absorbing sleeper boots are then partially embedded in concrete slabs.
